African Imperialism In the 19th century European imperialism had a very negative effect in Africa that continues to affect the mint of the current population. Their sparing was impacted so badly they may never fully recover. Their cultural and ethnic backgrounds were affected when Europeans divided the countries without consent from the different tribes and groups in the surrounding areas. The path that Africa has interpreted to achieve their independence has been a tough journey with extempore and unknowledgeable people ruling. Through history Africas providence has been negatively exploited but they continue to struggle to rebuild. Though the economic infrastructure is not in place and they do not have the technological side throughout Africa for substantial growth they keep working to meliorate. African governments continue to struggle to cleanse jobs, land ownership splits and education to improve their economic status. Africas cultures and ethnic differences were negati vely changed forever when Europeans forced m! any tribes and groups to catnap with together. These ethnic lines caused lasting cultural divisions and conflicts that often led to sprinkle over conflicts and war.
